Pax: Cousin Roy (WD), Bulldog, DQ, Fingers, Sassy, Boomerang, Bluto, LiteBrite, Goofy (Q) then arriving after BBBC – Harden, SourMash, Schneider, then arriving for Mary, VanGogh, 

9 Pax started and 13 pax finished at VI on a cold post ice storm weekend. It went something like this.  

Warm-o-Rama: the usual for Goofy

BLIMPS

Do the following exercises according to the reps/instructions further below, 

Burpees 

Lunges 

IW 

Merkin 

Plank Jack 

Squats 

Start in nearest shelter 

• 1st round increase by 1’s. When done run to 2nd shelter, 
• 2nd round increase by 2’s, when done run to first shelter 
• 3rd round increase by 3’s
• And so on until reach 5. 

Swingers Choice 

Selected Pax grabs KB, calls exercise then does 20 swings while rest of Pax do called exercise. 

Dora 1-2-3.  Merkins, LBC and Squats

Mary: called by various Pax

COT:  YHC took us out thanking the Lord for his grace and this group of men.  

Announcements/Prayer Concerns

• LB has the Q at Parliament this AM
• VG stopped by to make sure we knew that he has the Q on 1/26, which is the same date as Foothills “Sexual Chocolate” brew.  Beer is always a good reason to workout.  
• Prayers for Harden’s family on the loss of his grandmother
• Prayers continuing for Burlap’s family on the loss of his father.  

NMM

• The Pax kept multiplying as the workout grew. BBBC guys showed up just in time for Dora. Well done.
• @Spam was identified by his running style by Bluto and YHC, but was not seen thereafter.
• @VanGogh sauntered up with his usually cheerfulness around time for Mary. And to advertise his upcoming Brews/Breakfast Q in the COT. YHC did not call on him for Mary as I was scared of a fully rested VanGogh for Mary.
• Sassy wanted everyone to know that he and Bluto were the only Pax who were not respectable to start the workout. No Pax disagreed with this comment.
• Several “respectable” moments by the Q this AM, including when I called for two exercises both “here and away” for Dora.  As usual, the Pax were quick to correct this error.  
• Dora was only called b/c the BLIMPS took WAY less time than expected.  Strong work by the Pax
• YHC thinks that VI was my first post not on a Saturday all those years ago.  A great AO, good workouts, fun pax, and a selfie at the end.  Who could ask for more…If only it were closer – but worth the trip! 
• Thanks for the keys Sassy, I now return it back to you with a full tank of gas and ready for next week.
