• The gain on this route was deceptive – some long uphills on Hawthorne and Knollwood (and a few others thrown in)

• Talked about some movie trivia during Tabata; some of the PAX were too young to know anything about Spaghetti Westerns and The Good, the Bad, & the Ugly
