Root canal asked the pax to help out can cover WIB in 2 days…….no hesitation needed. we met at calvary and just like the preblast image, 7 pax posted.
0530 – mission and warm o rama – SSH, IW, abe V, michael phelps.
Thang – simple
run one lap around the parking lot.
perform 100 merkins
run 2 laps
75 merkins and 25 freddy mercs
run 3 laps
50 merkins and 50 FM
run 4 laps
25 merkings and 75 FM
run 5 laps
100 FM
done
most pax were somewhere in the final 100 FM when time was called.
YHC took us out

almost 3 miles, 250 merkins, 25- FM
Lamb chop was the great negotiator but did not win the plea to decrease the laps
i was the 6 by far – getting use to it
snooki was there – this is not a typo!
several pax made the 100 merkins look easy
strong work by a great group.
