Somewhere, on the grounds of Jefferson Elementary School, I must have dropped my keys, because the PAX spent much of the morning on our collective hands and knees crawling over the majority of the parking lot and playground with our faces close to the ground looking for something, maybe our dignity. A great PAX that kept YHC on my toes… Greenspan, Ziggy Stardust, Zima, Drama Queen, and D-Day.

SSH, Imperial Storm Troopers, 10 burpees, Whirly and clapping, Merkins, and Abe Vigoda’s.

Mosey to the lower parking lot

Borrowing(copying) from Van Gogh, Merkin at each parking line, bear crawl to the next line, merkin, bear crawl,….. I believe there are 22 lines and the PAX was faithful to the lines and didn’t miss a beat. Lunge walk, squat at each line lunge walk, squat at the next line, etc. to the end. No one found anything of value despite our exhaustive search.

Mosey to the back of the school to the top field for……

1-2-3-4 Dora. Partnered up for 50 burpees, 100 merkins, 50 left legged rocking chair lunges (ask Drano, they are not fun), 50 right legged rocking chair lunges.

Moseyed down to the well groomed soccer field for partner wheel barrow walk down and back. Still after much sweat and our faces close to the ground, we found nothing.

Moseyed back to the same parking lot and I was not convinced that the keys weren’t there, so….we repeated the bear crawl exercise back through the parking lot to the excitement of all.

Moseyed back to home base and the shelter where lo and behold, there were benches. 20 dips, 14 erkins, 20 dips, 14 merkins, 20 dips, and 14 derkins. The thrill was gone and so was our time.

Mary for two minutes. Strangely, we still had time for one more merkin.

Zima continues to rock it out, while Zig keeps upping his game. D-Day busts hump staying up toward the front, and T claps to DQ for changing his normal Monday routine to support  me . And Greenspan, who has made it his quest, to drag me to the finish line with an honest spirit of encouragement. Thank you for that.
