YHC spent the weekend with his mom (yeah, I am a mama’s boy) up in Jamestown and Williamsburg nerding out over American History. It was fun – talk to @Closer, he got the run down.

Having spent the weekend drinking ports and ales, and shepherd’s pie, and of course Holiday Inn Express cinnamon rolls, YHC was thankful to have the Q at #RunNGun to get out of bed and moving.

YHC put out the route on all too familiar roads but with a different than normal launch spot for #RNG. We began at #Thruway – much to the surprise of the regulars. The Regs had no clue that 02 fitness was located there! Maybe they should come to a #WIB sometime.

Everyone else began at 0530. YHC partnered up with @Closer and @’BoutTime while @Juicebox and @Woody were a pair.

The Ardmore mansions kept the wind at bay for majority of the run, but once in the Thruway Parking lot, it hit.
