They say memory is the first thing that goes at Run n’ Gun
QIC: BAM

PAX: Lemming, Sun Joy, D-Day, Burns, Juicebox, Closer, Tax Break (WB), Burlap (WD), Palin, Woodpecker, Frostbite, Mutton, Bout time, BAM (QIC)
Thanks to the holiday, YHC didn’t have to work. The site Q knowing this and being desperate, asked if I would get up early and Q RnG. Of course, that’s easy to Q!
- Determine route – check
- Send pre-blast – check
- Find appropriate playlist – check
- charge speaker – check
- pick out tabata exercises – check
- announce coffeteria afterwards – check
That about covers it, can’t be anything else to remember, so let’s go! A large crowd made the trek to Speas, launching at various time based on speed and good looks. Topics were covered, black ice was avoided, and all gathered back up for the gun portion. The faithful Q gathered folks around, got the tunes rolling, and announced the first set of tabata exercises. That’s when the realization of actually setting up a timer to execute the precise :20 seconds on, :10 seconds rest, x8 sets was needed. So, combined with no reading glasses, lack of remembrance where that app was on the phone, and evidently the last time YHC used it, it must have been an EMOM format. Pax graciously tolerated the scrambling and telling them when to switch up while timer was properly set up and all went well!
- Burns and Palin technically triple downed, both hitting different AO’s involving a throne of various materials
- Even in all of Burlap’s free time now, he only lightly skims preblasts and thought saying Biscuitville for coffeteria was like the southern generic usage of Coke for any soft drink. “What kinda Coke do you want?” Nope, Biscuitville means Biscuitville. And a high percentage of pax and a 2.0 joined in the fun! Thanks Uncle Bernie!
- Bout Time made the long drive from wherever out to Speas to join us, thanks!
- Juicebox is a master at identifying classic album covers
- Age range today was 28 to 63, I’ll let D-Day and Burlap figure out all the mathy things that means, but in simple terms, good stuff!
- Thanks for the keys Closer!
