Welcome all!

12 Years!  12 Years ago, this crazy, insane, and wonderful thing started here in Winston-Salem.  To celebrate, 61 Pax, including 4 FNGs gathered in the wet mess to celebrate!

At 6 am or so, the rain was really coming down.  Why does it seem that our anniversary beatdowns always have the most “interesting” weather.  I guess to remind us of the third core principle.

At 7 am, we gathered in the underwater field just adjacent to the parking lot.  Frostbite provided the mission statement and core principles, and it was time to go!

Wobegon led the Warm O Rama with the obligatory SSH.  TBH, there was so much splashing and mud splattering around, it was difficult to count.

We had some Whirlys, arm swirly things, seal Claps, mountain climbers, parker peters and peter parkers.  Maybe some merkins?

The Pax then counted off by threes.

The 1s went with Frostbite to education hill.

The 2s went with Wobegon to the track

The 3s went with YHC to the intimidator.

Each group would stay at each station for 12 minutes and then rotate to the next station.

Education Hill – 12s!!  Carolina Dry Docks and Wojo squats

Track  – Squat-Flutters.

12 Mountain Climbers

12 Shoulder Taps

Run half the track

12 low flutters

12 penguin crunches

Repeato, decreasing reps by 1

Intimidator

Partner up for DORA

100 merkins

200 Squats

300 LBCs

Other partner run up to the first stop sign and back

With about three minutes left we all gathered for some MARY (led by YHC)

LCS, Mutton Crunches, Penguin Crunches, Low Flutters and Full Body Destroyers

Despite the forecast, the rain held off….mostly.

Amazing to see so many Pax out to support each other and this thing called F3.

Coffee was had at BlueSteel’s place.  Ink Spot made an appearance!  For YHC it was the first time seeing Goofy and Spicoli since returning.

Frostbite took us out.
