Not gonna lie, it was real tough to get out of bed this morning. The floor was cold, outside was cold, car was cold and the EC run made me snot a bunch. However leaky nostrils weren’t the enemy. It was me and all my complaining. Palin blazed through the EC run like he stole something.

Great group this morning, the MC started off gnarly to say the least. Right off the bat I knew this would be a good one.

The modified Thang- for some reason I thought there was cinder blocks but just dumb ol rocks.

There’s four trees to get to in the parking lot. Each tree you start off doing five of the called moment, rifle carry your rock to the next tree and do 10, then 15 then 20. (Supposed to be murder hunnies butttt I like my wrists and fingers so rifle carry it is)

after each completion a lap around the parking lot met with 20 merkins at the start of each round.  Without the murder bunnies, this didn’t take as long as I wanted so we did leg stuff on the benches and listened to a metal song about how pineapple doesn’t belong on pizza and another song called people from different ethnicities in Paris. 🤘🏼IT GETS THE PEOPLE GOING. Also let Soamalot hear my old touring bands music.

Drip- Drip pokes the bear and makes me say things that aren’t G rated.

Tonka-coming off of crutches and making the workout look like a breeze. I do love hearing people who are stronger than me talk smack about the workout.

Wahoo-my bad homey, I didn’t get a chance to talk to you a whole bunch but we shared a moment over the Mickey Mouse clubhouse theme song

Spamalot- FINALLY got to meet this dude. Great guy, great energy and a love for bigger beavers.

Palin-an inspiration to run with l! Dude is FAST.

Drama Queen-drama queen is on of those dudes that just rolls with it. No matter what nonsense is said or called, he just goes with it.

Zima- Zima wasn’t there even though he lives close by.

me-I’m the same as always.

Great crew, great talks and great soreness after. Rollback-install a heater at your site, my eyes were watering the entire morning.
