As everyone knows, YHC has a flare for counting based beatdowns… and unfortunately, that doesn’t allow for much MC. So how about we focus on maximizing our efforts, while still allowing for MC? The challenge YHC set for himself, no counting until Count-o-rama.

• YHC could barely get through the first call for SSH, saying “In cadence NOT”… and then we pretty much through each warmup until YHC thought it was good.
• Not counting definitely made for a great Abe Vigoda!
• I think some PAX thought AMRAP meant “As Many Reps As You Possibly Can Take a Break and Resume Until You Absolutely Cannot Perform Another One”… when in reality the idea was to go until your first failure, and then switch. BUT, it just led to a tougher beatdown if that’s what they did.
• YHCs partner, Tonka, was flying through all of the carries and didn’t leave YHC hanging for too long.
• Great to see the Whitaker Wednesday Boys, Burlap and Mutton! It had been a while since working out with both, and they hadn’t lost a step! Their wisdom and leadership is always appreciated when they post.
• I feel bad for whoever had Green Acres, as the dude did Merkins for about 10 minutes without stopping… I think he couldn’t help but count and got in 75 straight??
• The carries ended up being harder than the AMRAP reps in some cases… the Overhead Carries failed, Farmers Carry had failures, Murder Bunnies suck, and no one like Lunges.
