YHC made it out to Flatline this AM – great #AO and have missed it during my Ragnar training. YHC kept the workout pretty simple and knew many of the regulars would be knocking out IPC Week 2 at #TheSpeakeasy
Does @Spamalot still not know of the utter rebellion that happened under his watch? Just blame @Zima
3 was the magic number and away we went. YHC texted @Spicoli telling him of our location, but there was no sign of life coming from the guy in the headband.
Here is what we did:
Mosey on down to 2nd Street Park. Partner Up – or in this case, have a 3some.

Burpees x 50
OHClap x 100
Merkins x 150
Big Boy Sit Ups x 200
Squats x 250
Partner 1 was to do reps while Partner 2 ran up the hill to Spring St. Flapjack.
Since there were only 3 of us, and we wanted to keep the MC alive and popping, we decided to OMAHA to just doing 2 rounds (2 runs up the hill per PAX) after the Overhead Claps.
This was some good time and allowed everyone to catch up. During this time, @LC and YHC reminisce on the glory days of childhood and attending First Pres and @LC wanted to check out the new parking lot…
YHC obliged but first we moseyed on over to the amphitheater!

Great morning was had by all. We missed the regulars and hope to see @Chick Flick back in action as he moves home to WS.
