Beautiful morning that started with a text from Van Gogh decrying IPC causing a gruesome neck injury forcing him to sit out for multiple workouts.

Anywho, we started with a Spicoli lap (because guess who texted and asked which direction we would be going in case he was late…?).

Corner 1 was 10 SSH, corner 2 was 10 Imperial Walkers, corner 3 was 10 Hill Billy, Corner 4 was 10 of something.

Then we mosied over to Corpening Plaza.

Corner 1 was 20 Burpees, 25 WWII, 30 Merkins, 35 Squats. Per Tarzan, corner 2 was removing 5 from each (15 Burpees, 20 WWII, 25 Merkins, 35 Squats). Then we removed 5 again (10,15,20,25) and 5 again (5,10,15,20) and then we began to drop exercises (0 Burpees, 5 WWII, 10 Merkins, 15 Squats), then 0,0,5,10, then 0,0,0,5. Then we ended with 5 burpees.

Then we mosied to the top of the fountain and did 7 layers of dip. 5,6,7,8,7,6,5 dips with derkins, merkins, irkins, LL step ups, RL step ups, box jumps, and lunges of 10. Then we mosied to the bridge fora 5 man grinder. Pulse squats and freddy penguins, pulse lunges and LBCs. Then we mosied back to start for mutton crunch and Alabama Bridges to Nowhere Proms.
