To YHC, One of the absolute best things about F3 is it’s mission statement:

Plant, Grow, and Serve small workout groups….. And to YHC Serve can mean a lot of different things. On this day it meant lets get our hands dirty for a good cause. The Launch Pad & Oak Summit Park is one of those places that gets it fair share of use, and often times left in bad state. Today was no different. The AO was littered with things left over from what looked like the a 1Yr old’s bday / gun range / bounce house / tall boy festival.

Lets get to it:

Mission Statement, why are we doing what we’re doing? YHC feels its a critical piece to this F3 thing.

General Pax Buy in, and we’re off!

Warm-a-rama:

4 Corners of Main Parking Lot, armed with a giant Contractor’s trash bag

SSH – In Cadence

Imperial Walkers – In Cadence

Erkins on Large Rocks near Pavilion – In Cadence

In between corners, the Pax took every opportunity to fill the contractor’s bag.

Thang 1 Pavillion / Shelter:

Fill & then Drill

Drill – 1 Split Lunge with 1 foot on the bench, 5 Squatty Potties, Switch legs for split lunge. Perform complex set until counting down to 1 squatty.

Fill – Grab as many waste items as you can and fill the bag.

Thang 2 Playground Area:

Perform the Drill 1 time and then adventure out to find some goodies to stow in the contractor’s bag, perform a fill.

Drill – 1 Burp-in-Climber, 1 Burpee with 5 Double Count Mountain Climber after the merkin.

Fill – Grab as many waste items as you can until your hands are full, return to center/bag.

Thang 3 Bridge/Tennis Court:

Mosey to each corner of the tennis court, Getting your fill on by gathering waste items, to return to bag for a Drill sesh.

Drill – WWII Situps, In Cadence

Fill – Hit each corner of the tennis court, mosey back.

Man this is the special sauce, #GiveItAway. Huge thanks to Brittani and Burns getting it in this morning with me. I appreciate you guys going along with me on this ride. We’re better together, and you guys put that on full display. I think about the kids that use that playground, Burns probably your family, and just how if we all looked out for one another just 1% more we’d be 7 billion% better.
