After a Q swap due to hockey tickets, my time has come to lead the most elite evening workout held on a Tuesday in Dash Pax-landia.  So let’s get this workout in, get all the Fs, and get on with the evening. What a solid crew rolled in. It went like this:

Timer set for 3 minuite:
24 Reverse Lunges
12 Squats
6 Merkins
Rest after until the next round.

Pax made short work. We did a few more rounds trying to beat our time, got down to 1-minute.

NMM: Honestly, I’m not sure which is harder: getting out the door at 5 a.m., fighting the fartsack, or getting BACK out the door at 6 p.m., fighting the couch and TV. Every time YHC makes it out to High Life, I’m glad I did. Much thanks and respect to $5 for bringing out Prakash,now First Class, and Venkat, now Wicket.

Prakash is an engineer with $5 who works on high-end, luxury airline seats. He was wearing a shirt from a premium brand called Rabbit. First Class seemed appropriate.

Venkat also works with $5 and in his free time he said his family enjoys movies, partying, traveling and…watching Cricket. I think the only thing we all knew is the arch thingees are called Wickets, and here we are.

It was an honor to be with this group. The MC was epic, the workout was sufficient, and the temperatures were pretty fantastic. It MIGHT get better, but I doubt it.

Frostbite, I gave the keys to the ultimate frisbee team for safekeeping.
