After a decisive 5-2 win at the Lenovo Center, a rainy drive home and the bedside table light going off at 12:15am, YHC leadped out of bed at the 5am alarm, fresh as could be, ready for some non-running good times.
Warm-o-Rama, then let’s go get a block and bring it back.
The thang:
- 20 Alternating lunges
- 20 squats
- 20 reverse lunges
Legs warm, now to arms and chest:
- 10 exploding merkins (deep cut)
- 10 shoulder taps –each side
- 12 standard merkins
The benches are wet, let’s see if we can do the planned bench work using our blocks:
- 20 Squatty potties
- 20 alt leg raises
Yeah, ok that worked.
Now let’s really use those blocks:
Who wants to walk all the way to the wall. Nah. Sit on your block and pass 10 jack reachers down the line. 10 irkins on your block. 10 Jack Reachers back down.
