Round 1: Burpees, run to top Pennington and back.

Round 2: Burpees + Dive Bombers, run to top of the hill and back.

Continue until weinke is completed or time called.

Mosey home for 2 minutes of low-plank.

NMM:

Schlitz and Bevo allowed YHC to join them for the EC run. Bevo has his arrival times spot on, pulling into the parking lot at 04:59:55. His heart rate did not exceed 459 (we think).
We’re not clear what time Root Canal pulled into the parking lot. All we know is he joined us on our return mosey from Pennington. He had gone to Parliament this morning, thinking it was Tuesday. All the same, glad to see him back out. He is now able to do a lunge with his knee touching the ground and HCed to Bourbon Chase 2026!
Tammy was dubbed the silent killer by Schlitz this morning, killing the workout quietly.
Bagpipe has been riding the wave; he and Van Gogh were the only ones to complete the weinke and the final run up the hill. The rest of us made it to the last round without the run.
YHC had to demonstrate P90X V-ups, i.e. a WWI sit-up; on the way back down, raise your legs to a 45ish degree angle and touch your toes. As VG remarked, “A compound movement.”
Rubber Ducky was a DJ in Wilmington, and his voice is still recognized by residents of high-security prisons in the US.
Green Acres is still recovering from his knee surgery, but GA “recovering” is the rest of us at peak performance.
Lots of good chatter and 2^nd F at the bottom of the hill; none on the climb up the hill.
