It good to be back a purgatory! mumble chatter started early – burlap said some mean things before we even started, just to get it out of the way. I was told no burpees were allowed (too late), ziggy brought up a new burpee which led to an awkward discussion (not PG13). luckily it turned 700 and it was time to get to work. several pax were not happy to learn that i was the Q.
warm o rama – SSH, IW, abe V, whirly with, michael phelps, copperhead squat, merkins all IC.
mosey to the track – run a lap, perform 10 burpees (rule broken), run a lap, perform 10 burpees, 20 merkins, run a lap, 10 burpees, 20 merkins, 30 squats, run a lap, 10 burpees, 20 merkins, 30 squats, 40 freddy mercs.
mosey to the deck for some double D’s (pax were intrigued). IC we did 10 dips, 10 derkins, 8 dips, 8 derkins, 6 dips, 6 derkins, 4…..2……
Mosey to the flower box at the start – 10 squatty potty IC, 10 apollo ono, 8 squatty potty, 8 apollo ono, ………
mosey to start and circle up.

prayers – ziggy’s dog was killed this week, Misty/tom (undertows friends), touch me not’s friend family (friend was murdered at 24 years old), aging parents, mental health, starfish and family

it was humid and hot but all got after it
noticed some pax getting faster on the laps!
dip/derkin station was not as fun as we thought it would be
undertow thanked me for Qing…..but did not invite me back 🙂
I enjoyed being with all the pax and seeing some faces i havent seen in a while

Burlap
Apparently, the Holy Ghost descended on a few pax during the laps, as I heard Undertow, Drip, and Ziggy speaking in tongues as we made our way to the Lido deck. I think it was French.
