Bells & Whistles Amateur hour

QIC: Resistor

Date: 3/11/2020

PAX: Burlap, Bluto, Singing Cowboy, Zuckerberg, Closer, Data, Poncho, Lemming , Manscape, Bam, Tigger

13 joined a master for a Tabata filled experience. 45 minutes of well planned, exquisitely executed and superbly selected from an F3 collective wisdom acquired through a half a decade of F3 workouts was offered. The pax was respectful and quiet, understandably awed by the flair of the Qs delivery, the ease with which adjustments were made ( on the fly arithmetic ) to keep the tabata synched. The scientifically optimized  exercises maximizing muscle development and endurance. The music selection was sublime and complimented the workout  in ways seldom found in mortal workouts. Awesome !

Exotic exercises were performed using weights . Listing them here would only encourage copy cat workouts and disappoint future Qs unable to replicate the magic which only Resistor can deliver.

With all that BS said, a few notes:

Bam had some great Zingers at my deserved expense, I respect that but unfortunately could not hear them as my hearing  aid was saturated by the proximity of the speaker.

Santana is not dead and yes the lead singer for that song , Into the Night, was Nickelback’s front man (Chad Kroeger) he is Canadian but not associated with Rush, my bad.

Burlap is a big time Tom Petty fan.

Simple by Fl Ga line was a mistake.

REO speedwagon is not a 90s song ( there is a joke here somewhere)

Killing a Dead Man by Grant-Lee Phillips is not a motivating tune.

The Sponge Bob Sweet Victory song IS an undeniable classic which apparently no one knows about. Please use the link below for further details.

Also I did not Biden out,   I am an computer engineer and never had to learn arithmetic ( or spelling)  Thank you Closer for the division  by 3 help … not Tabada friendly.
Pray requests for Bret’s  Mom and her Husband, little baby Brett with heart issues, young man Jacob who is getting married, Poncho who is expecting again . My apologies if I missed any prayer requests…please add them in the comment sections. It  was GREAT to be at B&W ! Hope I am invited back
God bless you all

Well done as always. Such a gracious Q, full of wit and wisdom. Just the right balance of running and lifting. A joy as always to be in your presence.

Lost in the midst of the MC and jokes was a hard workout that wore out some bodies. Good to be with you all.
