A total of 7 PAX made their way around the West Side in the grand metropolis of Clemmons in their own ways. YHC created shorter loops in hopes that folks could leisurely make their way around the finer parts of town multiple times, while staying close to the meeting place of WF Baptist’s parking lot…all seemed to go as planned…sorta.
YHC, Spamalot, and Sour Mash embarked on the 1.2 mile loop and after the 1st loop, Spam had a little too much Spam and needed to go full Harry Dunne from Dumb & Dumber. Our trio tiptoed to Publix to find they open at 7am so we made our way to VI, where apparently he told them he was Site Q so they immediately whisked him inside. Sour Mash saw the clock struck 6am and made his way back to the parking lot to disembark. Spam returned after YHC ran a lap around the track and on we went at a much faster clip. All was well.
Meanwhile, DQ, Wobegon, and Offsides had their own fun going approximately 3.5 miles total. Not sure of the happenings of their run, but surely it wasn’t as eventful as ours.
NMM/Announcements
Really enjoyed getting to run with Spam and Sour Mash, it has been a while and while SM thinks #runningisstupid, he seemed to be getting after it himself. Great job, gentlemen!
Wobegon said the Hurricanes are landing a Blackhawk helicopter around PNC on Sunday. That has interested him enough to venture down range to visit as he’s a hockey fanatic.
Ramses joined up with YHC’s trio for a fleeting second and realized quickly we were not #fastholes, so sprinted onward to find the other trio, but it doesn’t appear they connected. Appears Ramses put in 6 miles, what a freaking beast as he goes for breaking 22 mins in the 5k.
Harden has the Q at DawgPound tomorrow. Harden and YHC are most likely running #SundayFundayRunday sometime Sunday afternoon. Details to be worked out soon and route will be posted on the Twitterverse.
Prayer Requests
None were spoken but obviously for the students, families, and friends of the victims in Florida. Just awful to have this happening repeatedly and now that YHC has a school age child, it hits much closer to home.

Solid group as always at BBBC! Thanks to Sassy and SM for the 2ndF! And thanks for hanging with YHC during the tenuous periods of time before sweet sweet relief was had at the Y.
DQ Drama Queen
Most notable happening for the 3 separatists was fasthole Offsides dragging YHC and Wobegon for a sub 10 pace. Hope we don’t get kicked out of BBBC
Sour Mash
Damn DQ! That is impressive! If we haven’t kicked #Harden and #Sassy out, no way we are going to start with you! YHC is hoping to catch up to the #BBBC #fastholes by the end of the year.
