PAX: Mutton, Brown Bag, Hot Dish

I have not made as many Tuesday evening workouts as I would like, but I always enjoy the AO and the company.  Tonight, I was a bit late due to a Boy Scout Board meeting.  As I pulled up, Brown Bag and Hot Dish were already there.  After a few minutes of stretching and waiting to see if there were any straglers, we made our way out ot the parking lot.  The rest of the workout went something like this:

It was a bit chilly, so the goal was constant movement.  We began running towards Miller Street, stopping every so often for some non aerobic exercises.  We built up the exercises at each stop.

Stop 1:  25 SSH

Stop 2:  25 SSH, 20 Merkins

Stop 3:  25 SSH, 20 Merkins, 25 Squats

Stop 4: Previous 3 + 20 Mutton Crunches each side

Stop 5:  Previous 4 + 10 Alabama Prom Dates with 1 leg extended – total of 20

Stop 6: Prvious 5 + Imperial Walkers x 30

Stop 7:  Previous 6 + Hillbillies X 30

Stop 8:  Previous 7 + Jack Reachers x 50

We finished in a perfect 45 minutes and got in about 1.5 miles
