YHC had the privilege to lead a strong group of men this morning at Redline.
Warm-O-Rama:
Normally, the Redline Warm-O-Rama consists of a lap around Hanes Park, which is just over 1 mile. However, YHC had an alternative plan, which was announced in the preblast for any Regulars who are sometimes tardy and find us on the normal lap.

The warm-o-rama was completed for just over 1 mile for a warm-up. Notice how I included Dr, St, Rd, Ave, and Blvd by accident :-).

- YHC was nervous after receiving a direct message from Yunus on Monday night, asking about the Redline meet-up. He has seen the backblast from TIT indicating Yunus didn’t get enough so he threw down 20 extra burpees after the workout. YHC was expecting Taxbreak speed. Yunus was fast, but he’s an Aye rather than a Hate Hate with blazing speed like Taxbreak.
- The regulars threw a temper tantrum and attempted a soft mutiny by having a detour on the warm-up lap, but the team held it together.
- Most were not impressed with the hills in the warm-up lap
- A little moaning about the parking deck—to warm outside for the parking deck
- The Pax stayed together going up and down the parking deck. Some used extra thrusters depending on the rep -looking at you Doublewide—YHC wasn’t sure you were going to stop.
- Hitman counted in Spanish
- Yunus counted in Ukrainian
- Yunus is an ’88 Mt. Tabor graduate…Wooly Buggar too, but a few short years later than ’88
- Lemming has become a Regular at Redline, and we are better for it. #nicework
- Suede is the positive connector at every AO he attends. Hitman, Suede, and Doublewide had some catching up to do during the warm-o-rama and almost got left.
- Hitman is always pushing the limits – last 200M and he is yelling Let’s Go!
- Wooly Buggar & Yunus were pushing the speed in the front all morning long
- Missed the Redline Regulars: Balco (Phillies game?) and Winklevoss
- Nice work men—always a blessing to join you for a run in the gloom
