Evening workouts, such a glorious thing. Finally was able to EH one of my FNGs after 5 years of working on him. Not sure he will be coming back…

Mosey to the playground across the street for some 3 Man Grinders.

First set, Merkins and Squats, next set, WWII and Monkey Humpers, last set, Mutton Crunch, Lt. Dans. Each person completed 2 rounds of each exercise.

Next, Dora 1,2,3. 100 Merkins, 200 Squats, 300 WWII. We realized very quickly 300 WWII were too many, so we modified to 200.

Last, mosey to the picnic benches for 7 Layers of Dip (Drip).

7 Dips, 10 Derkins, 8 Dips, 10 Merkins, 9 Dips, 10 Irkins, 10 Dips, 10 LL Step Ups, 9 Dips, 10 RL Step Ups, 8 Dips, 10 WWII, 7 Dips, 10 Alabama Prom Dates.

Mosey back to start for Mary. 10 Cadence WWII and some push up things Spicoli led us through.

For some reason, everyone was mad that this workout mirrored what Frostbite did last week. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery Frosty. Ja Rule showed up 5 minutes late but dove straight in even though Palin, who invited him, wasn’t there. Brown Fat just kept plugging away the whole time, I was very impressed. However, I have not heard from him today so he might not be able to get out of bed? All in all, it was a glorious evening even though nobody brought beers (Shlitz…).
