A nice sampling of the Dash Pax posted at Urban Assault for a spring like March morning.  We had 2 DR to even out our numbers.

After a nice stretch the Pax ventured to the hill between Fair Witness and Barcelona Burger Bar.  (The spot was pre-approved via text by Spicoli at 5:20.) Here we knocked out a nice ladder of elevens with Hand Release Burpees and Up Hill WWIIs. After Lamb Chop chose the route, we moseyed to the Coal Pit where Burns suggested we partner up and do a Dora with 400 Side Straddle Hops and 10 hand release merkins at the end of the Pit.  Schlitz chose to finish up the workout with an extended Mary instead of the regarding YHC’s nicely prepared pull up heavy Weinke .  (YHC will pull that one out at another time.) After heading back to launch, the long way, we finished up with a 12 minute Mary tabata.

Prayers for Undertow’s family with his uncle’s passing, the Dixon family, and for F&B as he builds his counseling practice in W-S, (See Slack)

MC:  What a great group of guys!  I am so thankful for each of you.  It was a fun morning of catching up.  Everyone was on point with perfect form with the guy from Corporate joining us.  Lamb Chop tried to get some comparison data out of him, but Blue Print kept up the company line.
