14 PAX gathered on a beautiful cool morning for Iron Throne with a Huckleberry Q.  everyone was appropriately dressed except Hansel – who had on a hoodie, long pants, and wool socks.  after some heckling, he removed his hoodie to reveal a long sleeve fleece jacket under the hoodie.  at that point…..we gave up.  VG forgot gloves, he was recommended to have gloves by the Q and multiple pax stepped up and offered him some.  He declined.  Interesting choice.  Cherry Pie ran in and then removed his shoes and sat on the ground.  The clocked turned 0530 and the Q did not know what to do with the crazy bunch so we got to work.

warm o rama – SSH, Abe V, Michael phelps (got these out of the way while CP was working on his wardrobe malfunction so we didnt have to listen to him complain).

THANG; mosey to the blocks, grab a cinder block and line up at the bottom of the parking lot.  Two CONES were placed 10 yards apart and cardboard was pulled out.

Perform exercise 1 then bear crawl block push to far cone and back.  perform exercise 1 and exercise 2.  bear crawl block push. 1, 2, 3.  you get it…..

5 burpees

10 hand release merkins

15 overhead press

20 Derkins

25 goblet squats

30 lunges (double count?!)

35 V ups

40 apollo ono

45 low flutter

Time was called at 611 – mosey to start for mary.

the crazy continued throughout the workout – we were one block short, but they had a shopping cart from Lowes there……so yep, that’s what we used. bear crawl pushing was interesting.  over head press was entertaining.  there is a video, I will try to post it.

Starfish was on fire with perfect form

I think Zima broke another block….down to 12 at Iron Throne

Green Acres was not happy about the lack the pull ups and curls – he’s an animal

Great to see Rust bucket out there – miss you man

Turnover requested no running due to an injury – blame him if you did not like this.
