THE THANG: Four Corners which boiled the PAX like a frog, 10 burpees at the first corner, then 10 burpees and 20 merkins at the second corner, 10 burpees, 20 merkins, and 30 boot strap squats at the third corner, and 10 burpees, 20 merkins, 30 boot strap squats, and 40 Freddy Mercs at the fourth corner. Since we needed to return to the start, we unwound our four corners and redid them in descending order.

On to the picnic table for The Seven Layers of Dip, thanks Mutton, for 10 R leg step ups, derkins, merkins, erkins, L leg step ups, sprinter WWIIs and Mike Tysons, along with 14 dips in between each layer.

Lastly, we grabbed some coupon for 30 overhead presses, dips, chest presses, skull crushers, and dips.

Returned for 44 WWIIs and one Thistle. All done.

MNM: Mumble chatter decreased throughout the beatdown, until I whipped out the Anne Murray playlist for the coupon portion, which brought howls of glee and a call for an encore of 70s love songs. PAX was heard and this will be done in the future. Ziggy was unusually yappy “approving” of the task at hand. Touch Me Not got the T claps for a successful reunion. 60 Minutes put in the EC run and made sure everything was copacetic. Rudolph was the Alpha, per usual. Adobe and Cruiser were the Tweedledee and Tweedledum rhoughout. Subfloor cheated NONE and hit it all. Shneider is my nemesis as he was always just ahead of me.

The numbers, 80 burpees, north of 160 merkins, 98 dips, 120 boot strap squats, 80 Freddy Mercs, along with the other previously enumerated exercises. I hope I get a Huckleberry invite again soon.
