6 pax joined yhc for a workbench Q at Iron Throne this morning. All stretched and waited. “where is workbench?’. At 0530, YHC announced that Workbench was in Colorado and they would get an unexpected Huckleberry Q.

Thang – mosey to the road with the large hill for 11’s. burpees at the bottom. iron mikes at the top. GO!
mosey to the blocks – 10 curls, run to end of parking spaces and run back to the block. 10 slider merkins, run to the end of parking spaces and back to the block. 9 curls……….keep going…… till time.
mosey to start for mary – 15 Freddy Merc IC, 15 Low Flutter IC. Hucks 3 merkins. TIME.

it was amazing working out with this group. lots of motiving going on. lots of pushing. Definitely worth getting out for bed for.
