QIC: Huckleberry

17 pax gathered on a cool Tuesday morning for Parliament.  MC was all around with this group.

Warm o rama – SSH, Abe V, Imperial Walker, michael phelps, squat, merkin all IC.

go get a block and return to the circle.

workout was simple – there is a bucket with lots of balled up paper.  pull out 3 and open to see the exercise listed on each piece.  we will do 11 of the exercise on the first piece of paper, 2 of the second, and 21 of the 3rd.  one rule – put paper back in bucket.

first round have blockees as the third one opened – 21 reps out of the gate.

exercises included irkins, derkins, squats, SSH, mountain climbers, burpees, blockees, burpee block jumps, skull crushers, curls, curl press, overhead press, low flutter, american hammer, chest press, lunges, x factor to name a few.

continue to pull paper and return paper for 30 mins.

605 – return blocks.

the pax broke the one rule — put the paper back into the bucket.  due to the litter we had to clean it up.  and the best way to do that…….Hoovers (think partner wheelbarrow and DB drills combined to get the nice lines and make sure nothing was missed).
