Here is the plan —

FIRST — please bring gloves and park only on the Yorkshire Road side of the parking lot, leaving the other side (toward the playground) for my truck or Highlander.

Counter-clockwise rotation, once together and then as fast as you want to go.

At playground — 10 supine pull-ups; that is, lying on your back under one of the many low bars with feet and legs extended away from the equipment and body in a straight line, perform 10 pull-ups.

Run outside of tennis courts to about 1/2 way down the side — 15 Jump Squats (or Squat Jumps)

Run outside of tennis courts to far end (opposite parking lot) — 20 Trailer Park merkins — these are double wide; that is, both hands and feet are spread about four feet apart

Run outside of tennis courts to about 1/2 way down the side near the road — 25 low flutters counting only when your right leg goes up

Back to parking lot for the truck push — push truck at least two parking spaces in length.  If truck is already at end of the lot, go around and push the other way.  OK if more than one Pax is pushing but make sure the truck moves at least two spaces while you are pushing.

[If the truck pushing thing doesn’t work and/or if you are not feeling safe, substitute a bear crawl from one end of parking lot to the other.]
