BEATDOWN.

Get a rock from the quarry.  Take rock to any of the 4 cones placed equidistant around the grass circle.  That’s cone #1.  The next cone is #2, then #3, and so on.

Rinse and Repeat: Do 3 exercises at cone, leave rock, walk in clockwise direction to next cone.  Simple.

Reps = cone # x exercise number.

ANNOUNCEMENTS:

  • Green Acres has the Purgatory Q on Saturday.
  • Good blood drive last weekend.  23 people, 22 pints.
  • Shmedfest: August 27-28.

 

NAKED MAN MOLESKIN:

  • As not to break the apparently unwritten rule of F3, we did NOT workout until the end of the 45 minutes.  We ended early so nobody got their panties in a wad.  We certainly did not want to push ourselves any longer.
  • No legs were harmed in the execution of this workout.
  • Everyone finished 4 complete rounds, which equaled 16 cones.  That equals 136 merkins and a crapload of other exercises.  The reps were getting a little out of hand by the end and if the PAX had started another round, I think the Q would have probably called an Omaha.
  • As with most “frog boils”, the beginning of the workout flew by, but then it came to a grinding halt during the 3rd and especially 4th rounds.  When the weighted reps got into the 20s, fatigue really dictated the pace!
