A most pleasant PAX greeted me at the base of the water fall at Bailey Park. After a half hearted attempt at a mission statement and core principles, warmorama was on with SSHs, Abe Vigodas, ISTs, and stretchy stretches.

We moseyed to the train track bridge for 5 circuits of 5 pull ups, 10 merkins, and 15 squats.

A new mosey to the bus station where we did 25 alternating step up, 25 Lt. Dans, and 25 star jumps.

A round about mosey to the colorful cell tower at Tar Branch Trail for a quick circle of pain featuring 11 monkey humpers per PAX. Moving a few feet to our right, we did an ascending and descending ladder of 5,6,7,8,7,6,5 burpees at each light pole.

Lastly, we moseyed back to Bailey Park for a core 4-Square…. 10 pickle pounders at the first corner, mosey to the second corner for 10 pickle pounders, 20 WW IIs, murder bunny to the third corner for 10 pickle pounders, 20 WW IIs, 30 Freddy penguins(DC), and mosey to the fourth corner for 10 pickle pounders, 20 WW IIs, 30 Freddy penguins(DC), and 40 Freddy Mercury’s (DC).

That’s it. 6:15. Finito.

COT: Continued prayers for Bevo’s M as she continues to recover. Spoke to us all encouraging us to NEVER GIVE UP. We battle small problems, but sometimes we battle problems that seem to never end. Good. Because when we battle through, we are survivors, victors. We are stronger, tougher, better. The enemy must be fought over and over. They will not quit either. The enemy is not other people or circumstances, but unseen powers and our own thoughts and inner voices. These are our formidable opponents. Our strength comes from a source far greater than that of the enemy. Rest in that thought. Fight from that thought.

MNM: Razzie was right on time. I’ve been fortunate to run with Big Pharma twice this week.  Lamb Chop and Van Gogh floated through the PAX where needed, filling in the gaps as the true team players that they are. Shake ‘n Bake (from F3 Cary(?)) has no concern over murder bunnies and spent the morning with the alphas. Speaking of alphas, cheesesteak and Red Baron spent the morning way in front. Big Red Dog is here for the weekend from Tennessee, super strong and a great brother. Drip brought his bliss and joy to the festivities while Burns kept his evenkeel approach. I think he has seen enough of me this week. Red Baron has three Qs next week, yuch.
