PAX: Harden, 60 Minutes, Sour Mash, Van Gogh, Turn Over

I show up with 2 minutes till start (per the usual) and the others are just hanging out.  Little bit more talking and then I start the music.  All of a sudden groans from all directions came from realizing who the Q was. Only 60 knew and Turn Over somewhat forgot already, but no one was excited (not really sure why).

We started with a thorough warm up, which was definitely needed by YHC.

Wanted to keep it simple today, so we moseyed over to the main parking lot.  YHC had the PAX line up at one end of the lot and prepared them for us to do some line sprints…with a twist.

The Thang:

With a marker 20 meters away, each PAX will run to the marker and back for a count of 1 and then do 10 Merkins when finished with their running.  They have 1:15 min to complete that round.  While waiting, they can continue stretching or do some 2021 Challenge reps.   Then once the timer ends, it went right into the next 1:15 and each PAX had to complete 2 running “laps” and complete 10 Merkins at the end.
You continue climbing in laps this, with no break, until you cannot complete the laps and Merkins within the time!

Mosey back to pavilion and proceed with more torture.

Great job from all the men!  We stayed together and had great push from each individual!

Everyone needs to reach out to 60 Minutes for a Q spot and we should fill up his schedule all the way out through August!
