I wanted to move some today and show the PAX some of downtown they may not have been familiar with. Turns out, I was right as the PAX stated their delight at the venues. Stated the core principles of always room for one more PAX, other-centeredness, and being excellent to one another.

The Thang

We left Bailey Park and moseyed up the hill to the Reynolds Building where we did double count Bonnie Blairs, Broga merkins (I made this one up, just ask next timeyou see me), Heels to Heaven. We did one set of 5, and then a set of ten.

From there, we moseyed to the very small, but pretty “park” on N. Church Street. We did stop in the middle for 5 burpees. But I digress…. I think its part of WFU biotech or computer stuff where we teamed up for a 1,2,3,4 Dora. 50 burpees, 100 merkins, 150 WW II situps, and 200 squats. Run up the three sets of steps and bunny hop the last set of steps in between.

Our next mosey took us to the reflecting pool under the BB&T Building where we did in cadence 10 dips, 10 upper Mike Tysons, 10 upper Peter Parkers, 10 Erkins, 10 dips, 10 Mike Tysons, 10 Peter Parkers, 10 merkins, 10 dips, 10 Australian Mike Tysons, 10 Australian Peter Parkers, and 10 Derkins.

Time was getting away from us, so we returned to Bailey Park where we ended thing with a two minute Thistle adding up to ELEVEN merkins and one six inch hold.

MC very pleasant with claps for the pretty little park for the Dora. The basic 4 x 3 layers of dip did get some complaints, especially from me trying to keep cadence and do the exercises. Cheesesteak, I think I dropped the keys in the reflecting pool. Sorry.
