The point of today’s workout was, as is most mornings, to challenge oneself.  I mean, why else are we waking up at ungodly hours and dragging our tired and sore bodies out of the warm, comfortable beds?

Warm-o-rama.

  • SSH, Michael Phelps, Whirly, IST, Mountain Climbers

Beatdown.

1 minute per exercise with no rest in between.  No counting.  Maintain good form.

Run for 2 minutes at the end of the circuit.

Complete circuit 3 times.

THOUGHTS.

  • Those #WeFoCo gentlemen are extremely cordial.  There was almost no derogatory mumblechatter this morning.  The usual blabber mouths from the big city even kept their comments in check.  However, some were able to send messages through feats of strength and mental telepathy though.
  • The little conversation there was ended up being mostly clean.  But, as he does, Sour Mash must have been bursting at the seams because he couldn’t resist a shot across the bow at Schneider.  When we debated whether or not, by working out, we were earning our Bourbon or paying for it, Mash recounted Schneider’s rather personal exploits from the night before.  How Mr. Mash happened to have such details of his brother’s private activities might disturb a few sensitive readers.
