Friday 1/17/20 Tour of Ardmore Historic District

Great turnout this morning for the tour. Results from the post run poll indicate that these occasional Ardmore runs continue to be a big hit with the PAX. Special appreciation from The Vig for the fact that most of the nearly 400 ft of gain happened in the first half of the OG course. Since Tractors followed the same route for the first 2.5 miles, they also received the benefit.

BAM apparently ended up at Philly’s. . . said he missed a turn. . . verified for the PAX that it was closed and that he searched the parking lot for IDs. Bueller and his FNG were apparently on an extended tour & missed the COT. Recommendations that we go ahead and name the unknown FNG were overruled.

El Chapo (from Raleigh) was with us this week at Redline and OGs/Tractors. He gave a shout of gratitude to the PAX on this occasion of his 1 year anniversary with F3. One-year badge is in the mail.  After 6 years for me, my gratitude for you guys and our community is still strong. I appreciated the opportunity to lead and to pray for you again this morning.

Peace

yep, once we missed Crafton, then wound up on 4th, then that took us to Peters Creek. We came back up Academy and YHC thought he was being smart by having us turn R on Sunset instead of L, so then we wandered around some more and eventually smarter minds than YHC got us back home!
