Beatdown.

Here’s the deal.  We’ll do a FAILURE exercise, a REST exercise, and a WAITING exercise.  To make things simple, the REST exercise was always Elbow Plank (but when that failed, the member of the PAX did 5 Burpees before returning to Plank).

 

So after warmups, we attempted to go for an easy mosey to the stage at Bailey Park.  Titanium had other ideas, so we chased him around the park for a bit.

 

At the stage area, our goal was 100 Dips (failure exercise).  When the PAX couldn’t do anymore, he went onstage and performed 25 Mountain Climbers (rest exercise).  Then he returned to his Dips spot and continued until he hit 100 or needed another break.  Get it? When he was done, he Elbow Planked with Burpees (waiting exercise) for the SIX.

 

Next we headed down into the lower park area.  Our exercises were 100 Double Count Knee to the Ground Lunges (failure), 25 Pickle Pounders (rest), and Elbow Planking with Burpees (waiting).

 

After that, we went to the train tracks.  Our exercises were 50 Pullups (failure), 25 WWII (rest), and Elbow Planking with Burpees (waiting).

 

Finally we made our way into the Coal Pit.  Our exercises were 100 Hand Release Merkins (failure), 25 Heels to Heaven (rest), and Elbow Planking with Burpees (waiting).

 

We ran out of time, so back to the launch spot we went.
