Mosey to Hanes Park entrance

  • 6 mins of various merkins and planks to Lazy Eye by Silversun Pickups

Mosey to Playground and partner up

  • DORA:  A. 100 Derkins 150 Dips, 100 Ranger Merkins.  B. 10 pull ups on swings then climb to top of slides via chain ropes and slide down

Mosey to Field

  •  Partner up, 10 cones in circle around field.  5 Burpees at each cone find travel mode b/t cones.
  • Squats 8 count cadence x 9 sets  Lunges 8 count cadence  x 2 sets
  • Absolution 10 in cadence x2

Mosey to Shelter

  • Partner Up DORA  A. run Pull up bars,  5 pullups then runs back.  B.  100 WW2, 150 Heels to Heaven, 300 LBC (or until time)

Prayer Requests: Lamb Chop’s Grandmother had a stroke last week.  She is doing well.  Please keep her recovery in your prayers.

NMM: Exceptional group of men gathered at IS and the weather held out for us, but we all were soaked by the end.   Lots of requests for Siri to skip the song during the merkins but her domaine doesn’t extend over the Android platform quite yet. By far, the best part of the workout was the slides. Lamb Chop tried most all of them and Greenspan had the biggest splash into the pond covering the backside of the playground.  Mutton and Root Canal represented the over 50 club well and definitely kept up with all the young bucks posting today. It may still be too soon to call Tar Heel by his  given F3 name, but shortening it to TH seemed to ease the pain  somewhat.  Between fretting about the pending rain getting him wet and the lack of the disclaimer presentation at the start of the workout Palin was a bit anxious, but he seemed to settle into the flow and push through.  It was certainly great to hear all the words of encouragement the Pax had for each other throughout and I enjoyed hanging out with you guys this morning.
