NMM:

A very good natured bunch of Lads posted yesterday morning.  LOTS of MC that throughout the 60 shoulder touches and 60 Merkins, but the 40 Burpees slowed it down just a wee bit. Burlap, the perpetual good soul he is, found a suspicious looking bag on the tennis courts and was seconds from disposing of it before the Pax pleaded for reconsideration.  It turned out to contain Leprechaun gold that had special messages on each coin let us know how to continue the Irish beatdown.  Spam had the last draw and had forgotten to bring his reading glasses to the bootcamp.  he turned to either Bull Dawg or Pony for help and as they were reading it out loud, the letters mysteriously rearranged themselves from BURPEE to ARM SWIRLY THINGS.  Now, YHC is not one to question Leprechaun magic this close to St Patrick’s Day, so we proceeded to knock out those arm swirlies. Not much time left for the rock quarry, but D-Day sure knows his IPAs. (Even if he did leave off some of the better ones.)  The mosey back to Mary was uneventful except for the pace set by Undertow and Burlap racing each other.  Spam, thanks for the keys.  I left them with the little green fellow hiding in the shamrocks.  He said he would get them back to you.

COT: We prayed for healing in New Zealand and for everyone to be able to worship in peace, continued reconciliation in Northern Ireland with Brexit looming, and for Rust Bucket and his brother running in NY.
