7 Pax gathered at Wiley Middle School for a 3.3mile jaunt through Buena Vista. The weather was great for an early morning run. We started down NW Blvd with a left on Reynolda Rd. After 3/4 of a mile the route turned left at Robin Hood for another 3/4 of a mile straight uphill. A left on Oaklawn followed by a left on Forest put us back on Stratford. A quick right and another left on Runnymede brought us home.
We followed our run with 12 minutes of Tabata making use of the pull up bars near Reynolds gym.
COT: Special prayers for Palin and his family with the passing of his mother. He has been there for her day in and day out with her struggles and is the epitome of a loving son.
Prayers for all those struggling with addiction.

Burlap
This was a great route. A little downhill and then flat to warm up, then a challenging but not too steep hill followed by some flat terrain and ending mostly downhill. Thanks to The Vig and Lysol for leading me up the hill and then turning back for the pax. The pull-up hang with knees up was cruel but good.
