The Thang:

Sashayed from Bailey Park to the train track bridge where we partnered up for 7 pull ups and 7 “feet up to the track curl ups”. We did 4 sets of each while your partner did “Drano” lunges. 8 turns proved to be plenty, so, we……

Moseyed backwards up to the bus station where we dipped 20 times, L legged step ups x 2o, dipped again x 20, R legged step ups x 20, and then 10 burpees. From there, we….

rumbled down the hill to the Coal Pit at the Incendiary where we partnered up to run and do 100 merkins. Followed that up with 20 erkins, 20 derkins, and 1oo monkey humpers. Finally, we dripped back to the stage at Bailey Park for some awesome Mary Mary. Circled up for….

Went out with encouragement to love on and bless those that do not look like us or think like us because they are made in the image of Our Father.

Cow Tipper represented UGA and F3 St. Simon Island well. What can we do to keep him here? Mutton was burpeeing  like the savant that he is and Cheesesteak was demonstrating his core strength and form. TSA was not even a little concerned with the merkin-erkin-derkin onslaught while Chisel quietly dominated the run portions. Post Hole was smiling and mumble chattering throughout and Thistle is the Glue.
