Though not official (yet), Kat’s Meow has developed into a strong mid-week running group. Spurred on by #OH4TB and #WeFoCo, a cast of regulars arrived at West Forsyth High for a run in cool temps under a full moon.
Sassy was spotted first, having already run over 3 miles.
Two groups were formed – Sassy, SourMash, Schneider and YHC in one. Huckleberry, Ramses, Ice Dancer, and 1040EZ in the other.

As for what transpired with the other group, no clue.
SourMash is peaking at the right time. Strong the whole run, and YHC thinks he was laughing at the hills! Is that all you got??
Sassy is just a running machine. And to think, his M is also training for a marathon. Makes you wonder…who is raising their kids? #lordoftheflies
Remind me again why Schneider is not running The Bourbon Chase? Cause he should be. #nextyear
Schneider ate something last night that resulted in excess……gas.
Other topics of discussion included: Jessica Biel, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Alyssa Milano, and Melissa Etheridge. Yep.

I was only privy to the Jessica Biel convo, which is unfortunate because YHC had a major crush on Alyssa Milano growing up! #Who’sTheBoss I saw y’all chatting but couldn’t hear, even after the music stopped. It really sucks being the 6!
