Week 6 of the #Breaking plan has our speed day back to mile repeats. YHC has decided to keep our scenery fresh and use Kentner Track on Wake’s Campus for our AO. MMR has the track just a little over a mile from Reynolda Village Parking Lot if we RIRO.

1 mi warm up

4×1 Mile Repeat w/800m recovery

1 mile cool down

7.5 Total Miles

Kentner Stadium Track

Launch from Reynolda Village 05:00 w/ plan to finish at 6:15 for the Estate COT
