9 Times at #Parliament!

10 Pax posted with a #FerrisBueller inspired beatdown, reporting the Principal’s office Nine times! It went something like this:

Warm-o-rama: The usual for Goofy, SSH, IW, Squats, Merkins, Peter Parker, etc.

The Thang:
Mosey to the bricks, and then to the wall; in honor of the Parade scene, do the following
Danka Shane (with bricks)
· Wonder bra
· Squats IC
· Repeato

Mosey with bricks to the tables in the front of the school

Twist and Shout (with bricks) – this was similar to the line dance that the group did on the stairs in the movie (but don’t look it up, as it’s not that similar!)
· Step ups with knee up with bricks
· Irkin
· Air claps with bricks
· Dirkins

Mosey to #ThePrincipal (the hill behind the school)
“9 times!?” aka Rooney
· 9 regular burpees, run up the hill
· 9 Big O’s each direction (so you get both O’s), run back down
· 9 Nolan Ryan’s (each side), bear crawl up
· 9 E2K each side IC, run back down the hill.
· 9 Superman with Yellow Sun Gods, run up the hill
· 9 Bananas, with Yellow Sun Gods at the top

Mosey to the Blocks
Hey Batter, Batter Sa….wing Batter (the concept is instead of resting between exercises, you do swings)
· Swings with blocks
· 20 Curls, then swings until Q says to change exercise
· 15 OH Press, then swings until Q says to change exercise
· 15 Squats, then swings until Q says to change exercise
· 15 Skull Crushers, then swings until Q says to change exercise

Poker Chips (not inspired by Ferris, but needed a time filler!)
The pax lines up blocks with the line of a parking space. The Pax then lift up and move their block up one space forward. The Pax then shift one block to the right. The Pax on the far right, runs to the left to the farthest most block. The Pax then moves their blocks forward another space forward. Repeato this until have moved all the way across the parking lot. Go all the way forward and then all the way back.

Mary (aka Abe Froman, Sausage King of Chicago)
In honor of Abe Froman, Party of three at 12PM, we did three ab exercise in a row, for 12 IC counts each. First round we did Low Flutter, Freddie Merc, then LBC. Second round we did Penguin Crunch, then Mutton Crunch, each side.

COT: YHC took us out, thankful for the men around the circle that help to make me a better man

Announcements:
· Prayers for those that have lost loved ones
· Prayers for my mother who will have surgery this coming Thursday

NMM:
· Not a ton of MC today that YHC heard, except for being called out for the occasional miscue on exercises
· There were several rumblings that sounded like someone had eaten a bunch of Abe Froman’s sausage last night.
· Tclaps to @Lemming for his 2nd post back in a couple of weeks. He has been on the injured reserve list for a while. Great to have you back out.
· Also great to see @Inkspot again, been posting with some regularity I think
· Poker chips, although not fitting with the theme, when done well has some symmetry to it that is just appealing to YHC. Tclaps to the group for good execution
