QIC: Schneider & Sour Mash

In an attempt to secure a Q @ #TheDistillery, YHC tried to bribe #Wort with some jet ski time.  I held up my end of the bargain, #Wort’s duties fell upon #Schneider.  In all fairness, #Wort did have a Varsity soccer game last night and practice again today, so I guess I can give him a pass.

#Schneider was initially hesitant to even CoQ several weeks ago, but F3 has done what it’s supposed to do and that is to invigorate male leadership.  I received a text last week from #Schneider informing me he had e-mailed me the beginnings of a weinke.  YHC noticed the warm up was a little unorthodox, but who was I to judge?  I added my portion of the CoQ and we were ready.  Tclaps to #Schneider for stepping up and introducing YHC to the song that inspired today’s workout name.

Warm up:

Each exercise performed for 1 min do as many as you can

  • Peter Parkers
  • Hip thrust
  • Oblique crunches 30 seconds on the right side. And 30 seconds on the left side
  • Nolan Ryan’s 30 seconds right side 30 seconds left side
  • WWII sit ups
  • Arm Swirly things IC

The THANG:

DMB –

  • From goal line, Duck Walk to 10 yard line and perform 5 Merkins.  Bearcrawl back to goal line.
  • Duck Walk to 20 yard line and perform 10 Merkins. Bearcrawl back to goal line.
  • Increase yard line by 10 yards and Merkins by 5.

  • #Geppetto requested prayers for safe travels for his brother who is driving to Florida

NMM:

  • YHC opted to change DMC to DMB during the weinke planning stage, because who really wants to Crawlbear? We also used the small field.  Guess what?!?  It still sucked!
  • #Geppetto did not know who Nolan Ryan was. Clearly he has never been to a #Drama Queen Q!
  • Always great to see #Boomerang at #TheDistillery. YHC hopes he will become a regular and thinks the 5 extra minutes of sleep is all the EHing #Boomerang will need.
  • Solid CoQ for #Schneider! Looking forward to his officially official VQ in the near (hopefully) future!
