  • Mosey to around third st, down the alley and 20 Pickle Pounders OYO
  • Mosey to Corpening plaza and 20 Box Cutters OYO

Found a well place piece of cardboard in Corpening for the rest of the Awesome.

PAX would perform the call moves, run the long way to the top of Corpening and 3 Dips at the fountain. Increasing dips by 3 at every round

  1. Hand Release Merkins x 15, Viaducts x 15 each side, mosey and 3 dips
  2. Copperhead Squats x 15, LBC x 20, mosey and 6 dips
  3. Wide Merkins x 15, Nolan Ryans x 20 each side, mosey and 9 dips
  4. Right Staggered Squat x 15, American Hammer x 20, mosey and 12 dips
  5. Diamond Merkins x 15, Freddie Mercuries x 20, mosey and 15 dips
  6. Left Staggered Squat x 15, Low Flutters x 20, mosey and 18 dips
  7. Mike Tysons x 15, Low Dollies x 20, mosey and 21 dips

All of the PAX made it to bottom of the cardboard so we unwound it. All made three more rounds…..a few over achievers did 4 more rounds

YHC would put this group up against any. Not surprising that Litterbox was out front. In true Flatline form, Offsides and Lamb Chop pushed the pace and made sure the LB did not get lonely. Crash, Workbench and Frostbite gave those three a a few seconds distance of cushion and turned up intensity. Awesome to see you guys this morning. Gents I appreciate you showing up. Grateful to be able to lead. Bevo the keys are laying next to a pile of broken glass. If the cops ask…..we were never there.
