kept it real simple…

we took advantage of it being just 3 dudes and warmed up properly!  After 5 minutes of that, we jogged over to the bank water feature

 

I promised once we got there the workout would be easy to follow.  And here it is:

1 lap around the mini-quad

1 Burpee

1 lap around the mini-quad

2 Burpees

1 lap around the mini-quad

3 Burpee’s (and so on)

…once you finished the 5th Burpee…

100 WW2s

1 lap around the mini-quad

6 Burpees

1 lap around the mini-quad

7 Burpees (and so on)

…once you finish 10 Burpees…

75 WW2s

1 lap around the mini-quad

11 Burpees

1 lap around the mini-quad

12 Burpees (and so on)

…we moseyed back to the start…

FINISH WITH 50 WW2s!
