PAX: Boo Boo, Mongoose, Balco, Little Piggy, Sweet Tea, Juice Box, 'Bout Time, HOG, Lysol, Toto, Burlap, Mutton and Closer

13 PAX gathered at Leinbach Park to run a 5k and do about 15 minutes of Tabata.

HOG took an early spill, but recovered well.  PAX went up and down, but mostly up.  #QFail

Exercises were Imperial Squat Walkers and Mountain Climbers, American Hammer and Jack Reachers, Low Flutter and Alternating Lunges.

Mutton ignored Q instructions and just did Mutton Crunches.  I guess when you have an exercise named after you that’s what you do.

COT:

HOG asked for prayers for Yadkin County, specifically the 17 year old girl who was shot and killed on Thursday night.

JuiceBox asked for prayers for his M who is dealing with ongoing back pain.

Mutton shared that his brothers cancer is back and asked for prayers.
