Diversified Ethereum

QIC: Crash

Date: 10/12/2021

PAX: Boomerang, Froman, Ziggy, McHale, Tonka, Schneider, Greenspan, HOG, Sassy, Crash

Substi-Q this fine morning and without time to make a new Q decided to bring Ethereum to Parliament and try something a little different. None of the PAX had experienced it yet which was great. Ethereum is up about 50% since March.

Warm up

SSH, IST, Hillbilly, forward, backward AST, Michael Phelps, Abe Vigoda. 6-16 of each.

Workout

Everyone get a block. 3 piles of ethereum, rep # up, exercise down, take turns choosing reps on 2×4 block and do the exercise. #’s from 5-50 and exercises WW2/LBC, Merkins, Burpees, and toward the end we actually flipped over some Jane Fondas.

Any PAX could say ‘Ethereum is a hustle’ to halve the reps or ‘Diamond Hands’ and either double the reps or skip that exercise and take us to the center for block work which they called.

Stick together – all PAX do work together and those finishing first do squats for the 6 then walk to next pile.

We did a decent number of everything realizing the incredibly small probability that we went probably 30-35 min without flipping a single block with Jane Fondas.

We listened to a pretty broad set of music which ranged from banjos to hip hop old and new rock / pop.

Speaker died and we listened to tinny music on the phone about half the workout.

We had a few trips to the middle for curls, skull crushers, blockees, and maybe 1-2 other things.

4 PAX ran.

Finale: Ring of fire plank pushups starting with 5, with 9 PAX that took a minute.

NMM

Boomerang was a fan of the block work.

Good to meet Froman!

Good to see McHale who worked hard today.

Tonka always chose WW2’s over LBCs

Greenspan and HOG ran, Greenspan joined for the final round and seemed to enjoy it.

Schneider and Sassy ran, and joined us for ring of fire and COT.

Only YHC called Ethereum a hustle one time this time.

Thanks for the keys Ziggy.

Announcements / Prayer requests

None and general prayers for the blessing of this group and these men, and for health concerns for selves and family and losses experienced by many of the PAX in attendance today. Good luck with upcoming races.
