Age=Reps

QIC: Boomerang

Date: 8/3/2021

PAX: Wobegon, Sgt Schultz, Inkspot (WD), Seaman (WB), Crash, Drama Queen, Boomerang and 2 runners-Harden, Schneider

We all hope the site Q, Ziggy, is enjoying his cross country trek and will soon return-we miss him!

While the humidity was still there this morning it was a cool start to the day.  Prior to the start, YHC received some strange looks and comments when he asked each PAX their age.  After this was totaled, the plan not shared yet we were off. The mission of F3 was given and 4 of the core principles were given with YHC being reminded of the 5th, thanks DQ.

The normal warmarama of SSH, IST, Arm things and Abe Vigoda were the order for the morning. Then a slooooow mosey to the blocks and slooooow mosey back to the parking lot with said blocks.

There the PAX found the cardboard with 12 exercises listed, one for each month in the year. For the workout the number of reps of the exercise for the month would be based on the age of the PAX born in that month. In the case of more than one PAX having a birthday in that month, their average age would be the number of reps.  The total age was 450, divided by 9 PAX (included runners) equaled 50, the number used in the unclaimed months. As all was being explained, the need for Burlap’s math skills was mentioned.

Anyway, the exercises were:

1-Overhead Press

2-Squats

3-Curls

4-Merkins

5-Skull Crushers

6-WWII

7-Bench Press

8-American Hammer

9-Plank Jacks

10-Alternating Lunges

11-Bent Over Rows

12-Gas Pumps

Between exercises Bear Crawl, Duck Walk or Lunge Walk to end of first parking spot and return.

While YHC failed to keep track of how many reps of each exercise were completed, we do know that the ages of the PAX at the beatdown were 38, 45, 46, 51, 59, 60 and 67. We do know only 2 months had less than 50 reps!

Return blocks and back for Mary.
