Because Van Gogh was this is politely requested the Sour Mash start having the Q do a backblast for BBBC.
Today some was a short run followed by donuts. Though Workbench, Van Gogh and YHC all did a EC 3mile run. We got back at 530 to join the rest of the group for another run. Sour Mash even went for a short jog this morning.
