Goodbye 2020

QIC: Boomerang

Date: 12/31/2020

PAX: Frostbite (WB), Beverly, Mongoose, Argyle, Starfish, Pony Express, Boomerang (WD)

As we were all ready to say goodbye to 2020, YHC wanted to have the last Q of 2020 at TRQ. Also, it was good to have it at 7AM. YHC was the first to arrive and was glad to see other PAX thought 7AM also was a good time to start.

At 6:57 Frostbite and Mongoose were wondering if Starfish would make it. Mongoose was already exercising his thumbs to send the tweet if he was a no show.  Needless to say no tweets were needed.

Warmarama:

The following were done IC X20

SSH, Overhead Claps, Seal Claps and IST

Mosey to flagpole to begin the Lunge/Squat walk to the end of the parking lot-alternating 10 lunges, 10 squats, etc. At end of lot mosey to rock pile, pick a medium to challenging size. Mosey back to gate and partner up for the appearance of the “Twins” Dora and Doracide.

Twin #1-Dora-Partner 1 does exercise and Partner 2 runs announced distance then switch.

100 Curls, 200 Squats and 300 LBC’s

Twin #2-Doracide

75 Merkins, 150 OH Press, 225 Monkey Humpers, and due to time 150 Low Flutters

Returns rocks and mosey back to start for Mary.

Only time for 21  Right and Left Mutton Crunches.

Done for 2020

Announcements:

Check Slack for 3rd F opportunities in 2021. Support Beverly as he raises funds and awareness for HOPE on 1/16. Keep watching Slack and Tweeter for info and how to support him.

Prayer Requests:

Continued healing for Starfish’s mom and his dad as he provides care.

YHC took us out, thankful for the positives we had in 2020 and for a better 2021.

Moleskin:

Mongoose was disappointed that he was unable to badger Starfish via Tweeter for fartsacking. While not late, Starfish did have trash duty as an excuse for cutting it close.

Argyle’s vehicle is not the reason he arrives after warmarma, he arrived at the same time today and he was on foot.

Strong partner work by all PAX today. I believe a first time to workout with Frostbite.

Beverly was questioning YHC’s doing 21 on each side of the Mutton Crunch as opposed to a 20 on one and 21 on the other. YHC tried to explain balance. It must have really been confusing as Beverly thought he was 43 instead of 42 in Namarama. Oh well, it was still 2020!

Well done men, glad to lead a final workout for 2020. Looking forward to better times ahead in 2021.
