QIC: Offsides

PAX: Zima, Post Hole, Suede, Burlap, Snake Eyes, Total Recall, Bevo

Warm-o-rama: Mosey to adjacent parking lot for  Side Straddle hops x 20, Michael Phelps x 10, Whirly with a clap x 10, Abe Vigoda x 6, Imperial storm troppers x 15, Back stretch, Hamstring and quad stretches, Arm swirly things forward and back 10 each direction.

Each man than found a parking space in which he performed 4 different Merkin exercises starting with one of each exercise and increasing by 1 rep for each set in which 4 sets were performed.  Exercises include Merkin, Wide Merkin, Diamond Merkin and finally Man-maker Merkins.  Oh, you also had to bear craw forward in your space to advance to the next exercise, then side step  with hands and feet in a plank position to next exercise, craw bear for next and finally side step the other direction all while maintain a good Merkin poistion. Everyone really likes this one. The reasonable and sensible came in when I decide not to add a rock to this particular exercise that you would have to push to each exercise.

Mosey from there up to the rock pile where Pax got to chose a small to medium size rock in which we carried to the Pavilion in a mosey fashion for our next set of exercises.

Using the picnic tables the Pax performed front step-ups with rock in hand, 15 each leg, dips with rock in lap x 15, rock placed on ground, then jump over rock and back counting as one performing 20 reps. We then went to side step-ups 15 each side holding our rock, dips with rock in lap x 15, rock on the ground jump over and back then added a Burpee, thank you Suede, x 10 reps.

Mosey back to our starting point near rock pile to perform 2 sets of 20 Kettle bell swings (Honor to Bells and Whistles), curls for girls, overhead press, skull crushers, and finally bent-over rows.

We put our rocks to rest back in the rock pile and headed to the parking spaces to perform defensive back drills down to the swing sets. We got to work on our core by having 4 Pax hold plank while the other 4 got to use the swing to perform some TRX moves with feet on the swing and hands on the ground bring their knees to their chest for 2 sets of 20.  Snake Eyes had the brilliant idea since there was a curb in this area to perform Mike Tyson’s while the Pax performed their second set of exercises.  Everyone praised and said kind words for that suggestion. We then moseyed  over to the area where the logs are in a vertical position and tried to perform more step-ups around the ring of logs but due to the height of them and the vertically challenged Zima that had to be nixed. We the moseyed back to the parking area to perform reverse defensive back drills.  We then made it to our final destination at the end of the parking lot where it all started for some Mary by committee.

Mary exercises were randomly picked by Pax who led there choice of exercises. LBC’s, Viaducts, Low Flutter, Heels to Heaven.

For Sassy’s  high school acquaintances one of which was shot and died leaving behind a 14 year who now has no mother and father is now in jail for the crime.
